Gilston Area Concept Framework
The purpose of the Concept Framework is to summarise the characteristics of the Gilston Area, and to identify strategic principles for any future development. The Concept Framework acts as an evidence base document to inform the Gilston Area Site Allocation in the emerging East Herts District Plan.
The Concept Framework public consultation was undertaken by East Herts District Council and provided a formal opportunity for residents and other stakeholders to have their say and provide feedback on the Framework. The consultation opened on Monday 24th July and closed on Friday 8th September.
In parallel with the Council’s public consultation we held a community drop-in event on 5th August, and you can find copies of our exhibition material below.
The Concept Framework has been updated since the Council’s consultation and you can find the latest version by clicking here. You can also find further information by visiting the dedicated Framework section on the East Herts District Council Website by clicking here.
