Places for People submitted an Outline Planning Application in 2019 following many years of consultation and engagement. After submitting further updates, East Herts District Council resolved to approve planning in February 2023, conditional upon the completion of a s106 Agreement. Detailed planning approval was granted in March 2022, for the Eastern and Central Stort Crossings.
Places for People is now consulting on the next set of plans, known as masterplans, which add further detail to the proposals.
